A: We are ultimately brothers in arms... we fight together for a common cause after these four years. Knowing that makes it just a brotherly competition.
Q: What advice do you have for those who want to play college football?
A: Work hard, because if you want to play you will have to work even harder in college, so get used to it.
Q: What are your pre-game rituals?
A:Relax, listen to music, picture certain game situations and work through them. The big key is to get into a relaxed state of mind.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of football?
A: Music; I play the piano and the guitar.
Q: Outside of football, who do you admire most and why?
A: My dad, because he is a good genuine Christian man, and that is what I'm striving for.
Q: Why did you choose to attend the Naval Academy?
A:The brotherhood. The hard and sometimes seemingly impossible tasks given to you... Although they suck while doing them, the USNA/USMA help you to succeed and build a stronger person through all of your trials.
Q: What advice do you have for those who want to attend the Naval Academy?
A:Know what you're getting into. Do a lot of research and make sure you are prepared mentally and physically.
Q: What's your major?
A:Astrophysics.
Q: What's been your favorite experience at the Academy?
A:Football.
Q: What kind of music do you like?
A: Christian rock/pop Switchfoot, Jon Foreman, Relient K and stuff along those lines.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: Pizza.
Q: What do you miss most about your hometown?
A:Everything. The people, my family, my brothers, my friends, the time to do whatever you felt like... I miss being a kid.
Q: What are your plans after graduation?
A:Non-existent.
Q: Would you like to thank anyone for getting you where you are today?
A: My congressman for nominating me and the Navy football staff for working with me and helping me to get in... I probably wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for them.
