Q: What's your favorite football team/player?

A:Other than Army, my favorite college team is USC

I grew up a huge fan of Steve Young.

Q: What advice do you have for those who want to play college football?

A:Everyone can hustle between the whistles. If you want to play college football, you can play as long as you commit yourself to your teammates and buy into everything that is asked of you. You may not be the best or the fastest, but if you can outwork your teammates, then there is a spot for you somewhere.

What are your pre-game rituals?

I listen to music by myself and concentrate on what I need to do to help the team win. The last thing I do is say a personal prayer.

Q: What are your hobbies outside of football?

A: Hanging out with my buddies, competing in everything from video games to pick up games to board games.

Q: Outside of football, who do you admire most and why?

A: I admire my father because of how hard he has worked to give me a comfortable childhood and bring me up right. He has gone out of his way to support me in whatever I do. He has always been there for my mother, for me, and for my siblings.

Q: Why did you choose to attend West Point?

A: I chose to attend West Point because it is a place where I can play college football and receive a great education. Attending West Point will also give me an opportunity to support my family no matter what I do in life.

Q: What's your major?

A:Bio-Mechanical Engineering.

Q: What's been your favorite experience at the Academy?

A:The friendships that I have forged while I've been here have brought me so much happiness and have made the experience bearable. We laugh together, we suffer together, and in the end, we will all make it through together.

Q: What kind of music do you like?

A: I like a little bit of everything from Jack Johnson to Zac Brown Band to Lil Wayne.

Q: What is your favorite food?

Steak.

Q: What do you miss most about your hometown?

A: I miss the beautiful weather of Southern California.

Q: Would you like to thank anyone for getting you where you are today?

A:First and foremost, my parents. My high school football coaches, my teachers and my church leaders.
